The Italian project is a modern multimedia Italian course for teenage and adult students, divided in four levels (of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages): Beginners - A1, Elementary - A2, Pre-intermediate - B1, Intermediate - B2. It is the English version of Nuovo Progetto italiano, therefore it presents the same innovative characteristics: it is modern, inductive and communicative yet easy to use thanks also to its modern layout.

For each level, the  Student’s book & Workbook  (in one single volume) contains pre-reading and pre-listening activities as well as communicative activities that motivate and enhance learning, self-evaluation tests at the end of each unit, exercises that reflect the different types of certifications tests such as Celi, Cils, Plida, the Video activities, a Grammar Appendix and a Glossary.  Attached to the Student’s book are the Interactive Cd-Rom that provides a lot of additional material and the Audio Cd with unit dialogues and typescripts for oral comprehension and pronunciation.

The course is completed by: an innovative and modern video-course with episodes of a sit-com, authentic interviews and a quiz show; the Teacher’s guide (also available online) with useful advice and suggestions on the use of the book, exercise keys and photocopiable material; Dieci Racconti and Undici Racconti: brief graded stories related to the Student’s book; online activities and games with lots of additional material to make lesson more interesting and motivating.
