Carlo Rovelli is one of the world’s leading theoretical physicists. He has written more than 200 scientific articles published in leading international journals and several books. His lastest book “Seven Brief Lessons of Physics” (Adelphi) ranked second on the list of top 10 best sellers in Italy in 2015 (source: La Stampa) and will be translated in 21 languages.
Rovelli has worked in various universities in Italy, the US and France. He is currently head of the quantum gravity group at the Center For Theoretical Physics of the Aix-Marseille University. He is Honorary Professor of the Normal University of Beijing, and a member of the International Academy for the Philosophy of Science.
