Roberto Lorusso, author of Target Navigator (Di Marsico Libri, 2012) is an entrepreneur and consultant for innovation and life long learning. He deals with planning and coordination – for public institutions and companies – of programs for organizational change by the use of techniques of Creative Participation and System Dynamics.
Currently he’s the CEO of Altacom Netgroupcompany, specialized in technology and best practices for the welfare of organizations.
Founder and CEO of the Committee of Direction of the consortium “Constellation Apulia” featuring more than 60 Apulian companies, in order to share good practice and practice of innovation and corporate social responsibility. Currently, he is also president of the UNESCO Club of Bari. His philosophy can be summarized as follows:

He is married and has five sons.
