The 21st annual Italian Language Week in the World was held last week, October 18-24th. Under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Italy, the week-long event serves to promote the Italian language through a series of events worldwide organized by embassies, consulates and the Italian Cultural Institutes. This year’s theme was “Dante, The Italian”: Dante the Italian.
