Another summer

Another summer begins and Alfio waits for his train to the Adriatic. He knows it’ll be just as usual: silly tunes under the sun, discos stranded over the highway, pub serving cocktails with names halfway between London and Rimini, lots of beer. This year, though, everything will be different, as Estelle breaks through the cozy calm of the Hotel Miranda. Everything takes a new meaning to Alfio, turning his summer in a breakneck rush to conquer a middle floor to share with her alone, fighting voyeuristic fishermen, lazy bus drivers, brutish female concierges, or just Estelle’s boyfriend.
