This volume contains 50 photographic reportage on private villas and residential complexes and hotels for vacation built by the Milanese architect Gianni Gamondi in the Emerald Coast, the French Riviera, the Caribbean, Ireland and England, from the seventies to 2003.

The publication, which inaugurates the series of monographs dedicated to the architects of today by Archideos Books, shows the results of an extraordinary work in progress, an iconographic documentation conducted by photographer Giancarlo Gardin over two decades of diligent and timely monitoring of the activity of Gamondi: a sort of history or biography of the author of images in “real time”, dedicated to the profile – still largely unpublished – of one of the most popular and active Italian designers at the international level in the field of architecture for leisure and elite tourism.
