Picasso Desnudo

Dario Fo is not just a famous playwright and actor, but also an artist graduated at the Brera Academy in Milan. This passion set up a series of lesson-shows and of illustrated volumes dedicated to very famous artists and monuments and every story is accompanied by the original drawings of the great playwright and by the masterpieces of the art history.

Picasso Desnudo (“Naked Picasso”) is an essay about the Spanish artist’s life and works, dealing with his love for Italian popular theatre, his relationships with some of the women he loved, his political engagement and his passion for life. Written with passion, competence and irony by Nobel Prize Winner Dario Fo, the book is thoroughly illustrated by paintings from Fo himself.
