THE AUTHOR

Giandomenico Pisa, born in Pisticci in 1960, is a Supreme Court lawyer specializing in EU law and criminal procedure. In the three years 1989-1992 has exercised the functions of V. Honorary Magistrate from 2005 and pledged to support missions and leper colonies in Africa, especially in northern Tanzania.

He is president of the Italian Catholic monarchs Giurist-unit of Matera.
