Guida Editori was founded by Diego Guida, third in line of a generation of booksellers and publishers. The editorial line ranges from university nonfiction to fiction and poetry. The distribution is entrusted to Mondadori, allowing a strong presence in the Italian bookstores. In 2014 Guida Editori won the “National Award for Translation” organized by the Ministry of Cultural Activity with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs for the best translation project of Italian culture abroad. Since 2013 with the newspaper “Cultural Spaces” Guida has participated in the debate on the value of culture as a resource.
