Italian publisher Edizioni E/O has just announced the release date for the Italian edition of the eagerly anticipated new novel from Elena Ferrante. This new novel will be released on November 7th, and is set in the author’s beloved Naples, specifically in the Rione Alto neighborhood. Although the time frame is unclear at this point, the plot focuses on intense family ties, fraught relationships and difficult interactions among family members.
While we wait for English translation of Ferrante’s new book, we can all enjoy her previous incredible novels “My Brilliant Friend” (2012), “The Story of a New Name” (2013), “Those Who Leave and Those Who Stay” (2014), and “The Story of the Lost Child” (2015).
